I’m James Roloff. I'm a digital sales consultant.

I work with sales and marketing leaders to implement a digital sales strategy, so they can take advantage of new opportunities to grow their businesses.

With over 20 years of online business experience, I’m ready to help you find, nurture, and close more deals through digital channels. 

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Edgewood College, with elective coursework in statistics and change management. I also have a Bachelor of Science (BS), where I studied Business and Philosophy.

My Background

Having built my first website in 2001, I have over 20 years in online business experience. I’ve witnessed firsthand how digital transformation has reshaped how buyers and sellers interact in the marketplace. 

Before starting Roloff Consulting, I managed a sales team in our family’s commercial printing and web design company for 9 years. Thanks to a robust digital strategy, we had sustained revenue growth until we sold the business in 2021. 

Through my consulting and in my past roles, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to help them grow their businesses through digital sales and marketing strategies. These organizations have ranged from sole proprietorships to publicly traded companies; primarily in B2B services, technology, and manufacturing industries. 

I believe in empowering my clients with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to succeed.
